Using the finder
Use the finder to research software and check the exact edition with its vendor. We do not sell or license the listed applications, process your documents or enter into the vendor purchase contract. Vendor terms govern their products.
Accuracy and limits
Prices, entitlements and software behavior can change. Source research, user reports and our original task tests have different scopes. The service is provided as available; we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular saving or fitness for your documents. Keep backups and verify important work before switching.
Your submissions
Submit only material you are entitled to share. You retain ownership of your submission and grant WhatsNew2Day a non-exclusive permission to store, review, edit and publish the factual correction or suggestion for the operation of this service. We do not publish your contact address as part of a correction. Do not send confidential documents, passwords or license keys.
Acceptable use
Do not bypass access controls, disrupt the service, submit malicious or misleading content, impersonate someone, or reproduce vendor software through this site. We may reject submissions or restrict abusive access.
Rights and third-party services
Product names belong to their respective owners. Follow the stated license on downloaded fixtures. External websites operate under their own terms and privacy policies. An external link does not establish that a software edition has passed our tests.
Liability and applicable rights
Use the published limitations when making a decision. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Any dispute is subject to the laws and courts that have jurisdiction under applicable law; no exclusive foreign forum or fixed financial liability cap is imposed here.
Changes and contact
Material changes to these terms will carry a new effective date. Contact Feroz@whatsnew2day.com for editorial matters or support@whatsnew2day.com for site support. You can also use /contact, or report an incorrect software fact through /corrections. The privacy policy explains local preferences and optional measurement.
