McDonalds UK has reduced the price of one of its most popular items, but fast food fans will have to hurry because the offer is only for one day.
The fast food giant will offer its beloved Big Mac for less than half its usual price.
Starting at 11 a.m., bargain hunters can score the fan-favorite Big Mac for more than 50 percent off its usual price.
Normally a Big Mac will set you back £4.49, but today it will only be priced at £1.49.
McDonald’s UK has reduced the price of one of its most popular items, but foodies should hurry as the offer is only valid for today.
However, customers will need to react quickly as the offer is only available today at participating restaurants.
But the offers don’t stop at the Big Mac because customers will be able to earn points when they collect through the MyMcDonalds app.
For every penny spent, they’ll earn one rewards point, meaning those who already have around 199 in the bank will be able to get a free Big Mac.
Customers also have the option to donate the cash equivalent of their points to Ronald McDonald House Charities, FairShare or BBC Children In Need.
This offer is only available through the MyMcDonalds app, which can be downloaded through the Apple Store or Google Play.
This comes after a recent McDonald’s UK menu shake-up last month, which saw a fan favorite removed.
The fast food chain delighted customers by announcing it will be launching two new pink-themed desserts just in time for Valentine’s Day, as well as bringing back some popular menu items.
The KitKat Ruby Chocolate McFlurry and limited-edition Raspberry and White Chocolate Pie have been available in restaurants nationwide since February.
However, in order to launch these delicious new items, some older options were unfortunately removed.
The most notable item missing from the menu was the Steakhouse Stack, which fans previously called the “best burger ever.”
The popular burger includes two 100 percent British and Irish beef patties, a slice of cheddar cheese, crispy onions and red onions; It will cost you £5.39 for the burger alone or £6.99 for a meal.
Fan-favorite Big Macs will be offered at more than half price, costing £1.99 from 11am
Originally released in March 2023, it has been on and off the menu due to its promotional burger status; whoever it was, it instantly proved a big hit among fast food fans.
To kick off the new year, the fast food giant relaunched the beloved burger nationwide starting January 4.
However, it wasn’t the only item that said goodbye to McDonald’s menu on February 6.
Other items that were removed included Fajita Chicken Wrap, Cheesy Garlic Bites, Cadbury Dairy Milk McFlurry and Cadbury Caramel McFlurry.
