Besiktas are reportedly offering Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain to British clubs.
The former Arsenal and Liverpool player will turn 31 in August and could be loaned out if a club is willing to cover the majority of his wages, according to Sun.
Oxlade-Chamberlain currently earns around £70,000-a-week at Besiktas, whom he joined on a free transfer last summer.
The Englishman made 30 appearances in all competitions in his first season with the Turkish side, contributing four goals and one assist.
It was a relatively disappointing campaign for Besiktas, who finished sixth in the Turkish Super Lig.

Former Rangers manager Giovanni van Bronckhorst took charge of the club in June and is looking to reshape the squad.
Oxlade-Chamberlain could be allowed to leave to remove the age requirement, with a number of British clubs said to be interested.
The 29-year-old made 146 appearances in all competitions for Liverpool after joining from Arsenal in a £35m deal in 2017.
Oxlade-Chamberlain was part of the Liverpool side that secured the club’s first Premier League trophy in 2020, and was also part of the side that won the League Cup two years later.
However, injuries have limited his involvement in recent seasons and the attacking midfielder was limited to just four Premier League starts last season as Jurgen Klopp’s side failed to secure Champions League qualification.
