This comes just a week after the Men in Black actor was cited for speeding on a dangerous stretch of Malibu highway.
Smith was clocked going 63 mph in a 45 mph speed limit zone on a stretch of scenic highway that is very dangerous, according to TMZ.
In the last 14 years, 58 people have died on that stretch of PCH and not even his star power could get him off the hook for a speeding ticket.
In October 2023, four Pepperdine University students were killed when a BMW lost control while going 104 mph and crashed into the girls.

The first Bad Boys movie hit theaters in 1995 and was director Michael Bay’s first feature film. Bay commented on the Oscars slap in 2022, saying: ‘I don’t know the rules. “I don’t know, but he was a little different than Will,” he began.
“He’s a great guy, I’ve never seen him angry,” Bay said of Smith, adding that he didn’t see what happened, “I just saw the clip.” I’m no one to judge. He’s just not an angry guy.
Bad Boys II debuted in 2003 and the third film was released in 2020 and was one of the last films to have a wide theatrical release before the COVID-19 pandemic closed theaters.
