In addition to her sauna session, Rita made time for a pilates class which went down a storm in the studio. During her time away, Rita has also found time to visit the recording studio and earlier this week shared snaps in the studio.
Rita wore a black vest with a racer-neck, which exposed her midriff, and a pair of low-cut jeans as she took the selfie.

Rita recently described her mental health problems in an interview with Evgeny Lebedev about his Brave new world podcast, as well as the various methods she uses to manage her well-being.
Crediting Iceman Wim Hof’s well-known methods, Rita said she regularly indulges in 40-minute infrared saunas followed by a cold plunge or shower.
The Hot Right Now hitmaker added that panic attacks ‘used to feel foreign’ when they occurred, but has used acupuncture and other Chinese medicine methods to control her symptoms.
Rita explained: ‘I have really bad anxiety, I think everyone in my industry has anxiety to be honest, it’s, I think it’s really cool that it’s become a conversation and there are days, there are better than other days, just like anxiety is, just like having panic attacks.
