Olly Murs’ pregnant wife Amelia showed off her baby bump in a black sports bra while working out on Monday.
The bodybuilder, 31, and the singer, 39, who tied the knot in July 2023, announced they were expecting a baby in early December.
And Amelia is determined to stay fit during her pregnancy as she worked up a sweat in the gym.
She paired her black crop top with jogging pants, a simple cap, and lace-up Converse.
Amelia wrote in the caption: ‘Leg workout with just dumbbells At this point I’ll be keeping both the weight and the reps low.

Her blonde locks were tied up and she chose not to wear makeup to go to the gym and start the week off right.
It comes after she hinted her due date is fast approaching while sharing a post-workout mirror selfie on Instagram last week.
Amelia’s tummy was on full display in a tiny black crop top that had the words “muscle mom” in red, paired with low-rise sweatpants.
Alongside the image, he wrote: “Update: Quarter 3 almost complete.”
Olly and Amelia announced they were expecting their first child in December when they shared the exciting announcement on Instagram.
Dressed in Christmas jumpers, an excited Olly proudly held up a photo of her ultrasound as she pointed to Amelia’s burgeoning baby bump.
She wrote: ‘Baby Murs due 2024’ as Amelia posed in unbuttoned jeans and a white crop top.
Several showbiz friends of the couple took to the comments section to share their congratulations.

She has wanted to maintain her physical shape during her first pregnancy.
Amelia’s background is in fitness and she has previously trained as a bodybuilder.
Following the exciting news, Olly decided to put one chapter behind him and has reportedly sold his bachelor pad in Essex as he prepares for family life.
The Sun has revealed that the singer landed a comfortable £2million for the flash pad, complete with his bachelor bedroom, swimming pool, bar and games room.
A TV insider told the publication: “As much as Olly will no doubt be excited at the prospect of becoming a father, there will probably be a part of him that will be sad to say goodbye to this incredible home.”
‘Olly’s fans will be familiar with his sprawling barn conversion as it often featured in the poolside workout videos he and Amelia posted during lockdown.
“So fans will know that he is truly saying goodbye to a very special place with many memories.”
The home is also complete with a gym, equipped for the enthusiastic couple’s workout sessions, as well as a hot tub and steam room.
The elegant kitchen features a dark marble island, white tile floor and wood-beamed ceilings.
Olly bought the house in 2012, three years after finishing runner-up on The X Factor.
He said of the purchase at the time: ‘I bought a four-bedroom house in Essex. A colleague is moving in, which will be great.
‘I had never moved house before. I’m 27 years old and I have to grow up. I don’t really have time for a girlfriend, but I hope to meet someone.
When the couple married in July, Olly shared his hopes of becoming a father one day.

“It’s so special that one day we will be able to take our children to Osea Island and tell them, ‘This is where we got married.'”
In a different interview with OK! Magazine, he said, “I’m not sure I’m going to have six kids, but of course I’d love to have kids.”
The couple tied the knot in a three-day festival-themed wedding 13 months after the former The X Factor star proposed.
