Jock Zonfrillo’s widow Lauren has shared a series of adorable snaps with her two children.

The media panellist took to Instagram on Saturday to give an insight into her family life with her and Jock’s children – son Alfie and daughter Isla.

The family has been coping with their grief after beloved chef Jock was tragically found dead at a hotel in Carlton, near Melbourne’s CBD, on April 30, 2023.

Lauren gave a touching update to her fans when she posted a gallery of snaps with her beloved sons and paid tribute to Jock in a caption.

She was a doting mother in every sense as she flashed a huge smile as she hugged Alfie and Isla during a dinner on what appeared to be a festive day.

Lauren cut a glamorous figure in a strapless black patterned dress as she posed for sweet family selfies.

She completed her chic look with a bronzy makeup palette and an array of gold jewelry as she enjoyed quality time with her two children.

In a subtle tribute to her late husband Jock, she wrote in a gushing caption: “What can I say? We are adorable kids.”

In addition to Lauren and their two sons, Jock is also survived by his two adult daughters, Ava and Sophia, from his first two marriages.

Lauren recently gave an insight into how she and her family were coping with their grief in an emotional post shared on the first anniversary of Jock’s tragic death.

In an emotional video posted in April, she said: “I’ve been focusing on the kids and they’re doing really well, they’re really making progress and they’ve found their new normal. I think we’ve created two extraordinary little people there.”

She also explained that she would use the MasterChef Australia judge’s Instagram account to post old videos and share his legacy with fans.

“Next week it will be a year since we lost Jock. I have no idea where that time went,” she shared.

‘I actually had plans to post more of his projects, but somewhere between trying to find my place as a single mother and going through long periods of time where I found it really hard to look at videos and photos of Jock, the plan didn’t go as planned.

‘Jock’s legacy is in his children and in his work, and both have given me a lot of purpose over the past year.

He added: ‘I’ve got hundreds and hundreds of hours of Jock cooking his favourite recipes explaining what vinegar or oil he used on different things, things he’s discovered on our travels, fun behind-the-scenes stuff, interviews, and it’s a part of my life I want to start sharing with everyone again.

‘I will start posting again as soon as I can. Please try to treat them as if nothing happened. If you have any questions about the recipe or method, just ask, put them in the comments, and if I can’t answer them, I’ll ask one of your fellow chefs to do so.

‘The purpose of putting it there is for us to enjoy it, for us to enjoy Jock, so I hope you do.’
