Kate Brazier showed off her enviable abs on Instagram on Sunday as she detailed “the hardest work” she’s put in over five months to ensure she feels great at 35.
Public relations executive Kate, who turned 35 earlier this month, is the wife of television personality Jeff Brazier, 45, and stepmother to actor Bobby Brazier, 21.
She looked amazing in a soft lilac cotton bra and pink underwear of the same material as she posed for a selfie in front of the mirror.
Kate accessorized her look with a gold bracelet, black sunglasses, a pink event bracelet, and a black Celine baseball cap.
She captioned the Sunday post: ‘I left in February and told my husband I was very unhappy with how I looked when we sat by the pool.

PR executive Kate, who turned 35 earlier this month, is the wife of Jeff Brazier, 45, and stepmother to actor Bobby Brazier, 21, all of whom were pictured with their second son Freddie, 19, in January.
‘I’ve said it so many times, but I remember this time I said, finally, I’m going to do something about it so that when I turn 35 I feel good.
‘After five months of hard work, 35 years doesn’t seem so bad. I’m proud of myself.
‘Also a special thanks to @jeffbrazier who makes me feel 10/10 no matter what but has also been so encouraging to me to find this version of myself.’
In May, Kate and Jeff made an unexpected appearance at the premiere of Marcello Mio at the Cannes Film Festival.
They were dressed in black: Kate wore an off-the-shoulder dress with a front slit and Jeff an elegant tuxedo.
In July, Kate and Jeff decided to give their marriage another chance, seven months after announcing their separation.
The couple were spotted flaunting their affections during a luxury cruise, and their wedding rings were firmly on.
Jeff also featured Kate in a series of Instagram posts, including one in which they shared a kiss.
Kate started working out after feeling unwell on the beach and wanted to make sure she was looking her best for 35 years.
The couple initially split after four years of marriage and nine years together after trying to reestablish a marriage.
Announcing his split from Kate in December 2022, Jeff said: ‘I have a lot to be thankful for and appreciate having faced the lessons I need to grow, but this year has been challenging to say the least.
‘My nine-year relationship ended earlier this year and I’ve been working through that as well as supporting someone close to me who is going through something difficult.
‘The kids and I recently moved to a new area and I spend most of my time alone as the kids obviously have their own things to do.
“This year has been a year of constant change and I’ve adapted well, but the combination of factors has left me feeling depressed at times. I’ve honestly never felt so alone. Can we push Christmas back a few months?”
‘I have a lot of good friends and I know they are just a phone call away, but sometimes I find it hard to admit that I’m going through tough times.
‘I need to reconnect with the friends who have supported me and allowed me to survive 14 years with my attention elsewhere.
‘I know there are many of us who find it easier to support than to receive support, but in 2023 we want to strike a better balance between the two: we need it and we deserve it.’
In July, Kate and Jeff decided to give their marriage another chance, seven months after announcing their separation after nine years together.
