—I’m not, since I haven’t been to see her. If I could write something that isn’t about one of her exes, that would be nice.
‘I know a lot of people have the same experiences (breakups) but find something else (to write about).

Social media is proving costly for former footballer Joey Barton.

Now I’ve learned that another media personality is suing Barton for “defamation, slander and slander.”
ITV football expert Eniola Aluko has just filed papers at the High Court.
Details of the claim are not yet public, but Barton’s comments on Vine came after she compared Aluko and another expert to serial killers Fred and Rosemary West.

Given his more celebrated on-screen persona, one might expect Jack Ashton to seek spiritual renewal within the CofE.
But Ashton, 37, who made his name as vicar Tom Hereward in Call The Midwife, chose to confide in Suri Mana, a “shamanic practitioner” who trained in the Amazon.
“I was way out of my comfort zone,” admits Ashton, who last year split from her Midwife co-star Helen George, with whom she has two young daughters.
“But it was brilliant,” he adds of his “healing” experience.
Describing her session with Suri Mana as “quite extraordinary”, she adds: “I would recommend it to anyone who feels a bit stuck.”
