Dua Lipa added more dates to the Australian leg of her Radical Optimism World Tour 2025 on Thursday due to popular demand, but fans still aren’t happy.

As the 29-year-old pop star announces seven dates in total Down Under, compared to her original two, fans have shared their outrage at the costs of tickets.

The Grammy Award winner kicks off her tour in Melbourne before moving on to Sydney and some have criticised Live Nation for its aggressive and “disgusting” pricing.

Dua will now kick off her tour in Melbourne on March 19 at Rod Laver Arena, where she will continue performing on the 20th, 22nd and 23rd.

He will then travel to Sydney to perform at the Qudos Bank Arena on March 26, 28 and 29.

They are the only Australian dates included in her massive world tour, as she will then play in New Zealand on April 2 before flying halfway around the world.

As more dates open up, eager fans are rushing to online ticketing sites to snag a coveted seat at one of their concerts, only to be stunned by the shocking prices.

One person shared a screenshot with X showing their tickets were priced at $349.90 and wrote: ‘Nawt Dua Lipa/Ticketek activate premium pricing for their Australian shows (sic).’

“Why are Dua’s ticket prices so disgusting? Why the fuck are they $460 EACH? That’s disgusting,” another commented.

Dynamic pricing has long drawn the ire of concert-goers as ticketing platforms around the world continue to implement the system on their websites.

The strategy involves ticket sellers adjusting ticket prices based on demand rather than setting a fixed price, resulting in exorbitant prices.

Daily Mail Australia has contacted Live Nation for comment.

Dua has angered several of her Australian fans after snubbing two major Australian cities on her upcoming Radical Optimism 2025 world tour.

Live Nation announced Friday morning that the pop star will be performing Down Under in Melbourne and Sydney only.

Several fans took to the comments section of the announcement to question why the three-time Grammy Award winner left out Brisbane and Perth.

“Perth has disappeared from the Australian map,” one person wrote, while another said: “Why is Brisbane always left off?”

A third added: Because F Perth, am I right?

Queensland fans were particularly angry at the snub as Brisbane is often included in international stars’ tours Down Under.

“Where is Brisbane?” some users said, while others commented, “Is Brisbane also getting a place?” and “Can you please tell me why Brisbane isn’t there?”
