Call The Midwife star Helen George has joined celebrity dating app Raya, according to new reports.
The 40-year-old actress, who plays nurse Trixie, created a profile on the VIP site after “distancing” herself from her axed co-star Olly Rix, who played her on-screen husband Matthew Aylward.
Helen and Olly were said to have supported each other as they went through their respective separations.
She split from her partner Jack Ashton in July 2023 after seven years together, while Olly split from girlfriend Natasha Fagri at a similar time.
In November, she was pictured leaving Olly’s house, sparking rumours of a growing connection between the pair, but they have now unfollowed each other on Instagram.

In her profile, Helen describes herself as an actress and says she enjoyed going to hotels, restaurants and bars, meditation, theatre, travelling, dogs and antiques.

The actress recently sparked romance speculation among fans online after sharing a series of pictures from her latest getaway to Italy, featuring some new faces.
She looked gorgeous in the carousel of images, including a bikini selfie and a few group photos where she was up close with a never-before-seen dark-haired man.
Curious fans of the star were quick to write comments: “Who’s the new guy?” and “A new suitor? So handsome!”
However, Helen was quick to debunk the romance rumours and confirmed that the mysterious fan was actually just a friend who is married.
She responded to a suggestive comment asking who the man was with: “My best friends Ryan and Oliver who are married to each other,” alongside a laughing emoji.
Seeking humor in the situation, the actress went on to joke: “Unfortunately I’m not his type.”

Helen’s Italian getaway comes just after she was spotted filming scenes for series 14 for the first time, following her on-screen husband Olly Rix being written out of the BBC show.
The actress, who played nurse Trixie Franklin since the show’s inception in 2012, has transformed into the heroic midwife as the series heads into the 1970s.
The fourteenth series of Call The Midwife will begin with a festive special on Christmas Day before airing its full eight-episode run in January 2025.
Season 13 ended with Trixie choosing to join her husband Matthew after he traveled to New York.
However, after it was reported that actor Olly had been written out of the series, it looks like Trixie will be returning to Poplar in future episodes – without her husband.
