Since welcoming her newest addition, the TV personality has been open about sharing advice with other new moms and isn’t always comfortable in her own skin.

The mother of four and Poosh founder gently reminded new moms to ignore the “pressure” to get back to their pre-pregnancy body, noting that it’s not “realistic.”
Kourtney wrote: ‘Dear new moms: Your body is beautiful in every stage. During pregnancy, when we shine and grow, in the postpartum, when we heal and shrink, and then I find that period the most difficult, as our bodies are still adapting.
He added: “And if you’re breastfeeding, that’s another part.” I’m trying to be kind to myself as my body finds a new normal. “The pressure put on us to bounce back when everything is new and different is unrealistic.”
‘Life is beautiful, you are beautiful. Just a little reminder (for me too). XOXO,’ she concluded, also adding a white and blue heart.

In May, she admitted she “didn’t feel ready” to do a photo shoot in a tight dress for The Kardashians three months after giving birth to Rocky.
“I was 3 months postpartum and I didn’t feel at all prepared for a big shoot like this, where there are tons of people staring at me all day,” she captioned a slideshow of behind-the-scenes photos from her publicity shoot for the fifth season of the Hulu show.

Around the same time, Kourtney also shared her postpartum tips on clothing, hair, makeup, and breastfeeding.
“Dressing after giving birth while breastfeeding (equals) putting on an oversized coat and flat shoes almost every time,” Kourtney wrote on her Instastory.
‘(I love) leggings, sweaters, anything loose and comfortable, like vintage T-shirts and my husband’s Dickies. Anything super quick to put on. (The less time I’m away from my baby, the better.)
