The Block’s Brad Baker has broken his silence on the ‘flirtgate’ scandal that has rocked the show’s 20th season.
Brad and his wife, Kylie, saw their seven-year marriage implode on air this week when the Cairns-based trader told fellow contestant Mimi Belperio he would ‘follow’ her Onlyfans account if he had one.
Kylie, who was resting nearby, overheard the exchange and sensationally left the show, briefly returning to her home in Cairns before returning to the Phillip Island construction site to drop Brad off on TV.
Despite the drama that left their marriage “shattered”, the couple appear to still be living together, and were both seen leaving their Bentley Park home in Cairns on Wednesday.
Speaking to Daily Mail Australia, the father of four did not confirm the current status of his relationship with his wife, several months after the incident occurred.
“Obviously I can’t say,” he said.
“I never said we are together or not.”
As the series draws to a close, the contestants’ attention now turns to the important auctions taking place next Saturday.

However, Brad admitted that he doesn’t know if he and Kylie will attend.
“That’s something I’m still talking to my wife about, we don’t know what we’re doing,” he said.
“It’s not out of the question, I guess we’ll see.”
A friend of the couple previously told Daily Mail Australia that Kylie had decided to support her man.
“Brad and Kylie are together and that’s really all Australia needs to know,” the friend insisted.
Despite the drama that left their marriage “shattered,” the couple is still together and working on their relationship. Brad is seen making coffee for his wife after dropping her off at school on Wednesday.
“Block’s filming left their relationship in tatters and they had been preparing to travel to Australia to see what everyone had been whispering about.”
The couple were spotted leaving their modest home in Far North Queensland this week, with Brad dropping off at school before returning home with coffee for him and Kylie.
Kylie’s signature green hair on the show was dyed blonde as she left her marital home wearing a long black pencil skirt and a zebra-print halterneck top.
Evidence of the couple’s four children could be seen in the front yard, with a brightly colored toy lying in the driveway.

During Wednesday night’s episode, Brad confessed to making “inappropriate” comments toward Mimi, who is married to Kristian on the show, while having a drink while Kylie was within earshot.
Kylie then admitted that Brad and Mimi’s flirting had been so bad that she believed the pair had secretly slept together behind the scenes.
Brad later said he believed his marriage was “over” and that he had single-handedly “destroyed my family” with his actions, after Kylie suddenly left the production.
