Selling The OC star Alexandra Jarvis sensationally quit her job at the Newport offices of celebrity real estate agent The Oppenheim Group, becoming the third agent to leave her position ahead of the release of the third season of the hit Netflix show.
Despite appearing in the explosive trailer for the upcoming eight-part installment, which hits the platform on May 3, DailyMail.com can reveal that the 33-year-old luxury real estate agent has parted ways with the Newport Beach-based office . , along with his co-stars Tyler Stanaland and Sean Palmieri.
Eagle-eyed fans have been busy speculating about Alexandra’s employee status with the company for the past week after they noticed her profile had been removed from the official website’s “meet the team” page. Now, the Oppenheim Group has confirmed that “she no longer works there.”

Another said: ‘I didn’t understand the hate the group had for him. From the first episode everyone hated her. It makes sense for her to leave.
Although it’s unclear what prompted Alexandra’s departure from the company, the trailer for the new series appears to show her forming an alliance with Sean, who appears to be kicked out of the group for allegedly “starting rumors.”
In a short clip, he jokes, “it’s like they have a full-time job trying to manipulate and twist things.” It is still unclear who she is referring to.
Employment lawyer Alexandra has been part of the cast of Selling The OC since the show’s premiere in 2022.
In the second season, she dramatically fell out with her colleague Alexandra Rose after becoming increasingly uncomfortable with her former friend flirting with potential clients.
Tensions then reached a fever pitch after Rose, 29, discovered Alexandra was having a meeting with one of their joint clients without her.
Speaking about their breakup in an interview with People in September, Alexandra said she wasn’t surprised when their friendship deteriorated.
Speculation about Alexandra’s employee status at the company has been rife after she disappeared from the company’s website.
In the show’s second season, Alexandra fell out with fellow agent Alexandra Rose (pictured).
Alexandra married her husband Sergio Ducoulombier (pictured together in 2022) in an Italian ceremony last year.
She said: ‘Our relationship was very superficial but we worked well together for a while. Then things changed.
“Things happen, and some of them will obviously never appear on camera, but it had to happen.”
He added: ‘It wasn’t a surprise, given all the events that happened.
“I think it was all meant to be, and I just don’t think we should be working together.”
DailyMail.com has contacted a representative for Alexandra and the Oppenheim Group for comment.
Last year, Tyler, 34, confirmed he had left the Oppenheim Group to return to work with his father John Stanaland at rival property firm Douglas Elliman.
Tyler Stanaland announced that he had left the Oppenheim Group in October to return to work at his family business.
In an interview last year, Tyler admitted that leaving the agency was not an easy decision.
At the time, the fifth-generation real estate agent told People, “Leaving the Oppenheim Group was not an easy decision, but it is the right decision for me and my clients.”
“Not only will I be joining my father and brother at Douglas Elliman, but I will be aligning myself with a brand that has unparalleled reach and presence in the marketplace with a renowned network of agents and industry leaders.”
Tyler, who was married to actress Brittany Snow, also hinted that his future on Selling The OC is up in the air as a result.
He continued the post: ‘The sale of OC revolves around the agents of the Oppenheim Group. Starting today I will work at Douglas Elliman.”
Explaining his decision to leave the company, Tyler emphasized that it was strictly business and there are no hard feelings.
In November, fellow Selling The OC real estate agent Sean, 29, confirmed that he had also done the same and left the Oppenheim Group.
Sean Palmieri revealed a month later in November that he had also left the office, stating that “it wasn’t a fit culture for me.”
“Unfortunately, the Oppenheim Group was not a cultural fit for me and I am very excited about the future as I have just signed on as a partner with an incredible, high-performing team and mentor, Steve Games, former owner of Prudential California Realty and Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty,” he told ET.

Sean finds himself at the center of controversy in the third season of Selling The OC and the trailer shows him confronting real estate agent Austin Victoria over an alleged rumor he started, plus his colleagues turning their backs on him.
Despite being confronted by Austin, 32, face-to-face, Sean remains calm and at one point even declares, “I’m sleeping like a baby because I have the truth.”
