Prince William has no plans to invite his younger brother Harry to his coronation when the time comes, confidential sources say.
Though they used to be close, the royal siblings are believed to have not spoken in nearly two years and are “distant,” which one close friend described as “terribly sad.”
Friends of the Prince of Wales, 42, have reported that William does not want Harry, 39, to be present when he is crowned King.
A source close to William told the Sunday Times: “This year he has been very focused on his wife, his children and his father. His brother is something that is not talked about very much.”
Both the Princess of Wales and the King were diagnosed with cancer earlier this year.

The brothers are believed not to have spoken since the funeral of their grandmother, Queen Elizabeth, in September 2022.

Meanwhile, the Prince and Princess of Wales took on their children in a Nerf battle at the Gone Wild festival at Holkham Hall in Norfolk.
An excited and “unforgettable” Louis ran around shouting “Nerf or nothing, let’s do it!”, according to Norfolk Nerf Parties boss Georgina Barron.
The Princess of Wales, who is undergoing cancer treatment, even “grabbed a Nerf gun and ran around playing in the mud with her kids,” Barron added, noting that hosting the family was the “greatest honor.”
