That’s right, it’s Fred Sirieix!
With a smile, the star showed that he always looked good, even without his trademark beard, as he posed alongside a royal guard on horseback.
He put on a white jacket over a black zipper and blue jeans.
Captioning the throwback photo, she wrote: “Straight from 1992. The year I first arrived in Britain. I was only 20 years old.’
Many of us know Fred as the charming maitre d’ from Channel 4’s First Dates.
He then surprised fans when he returned to our screens earlier this year as presenter of the BBC’s Olympic Games coverage in Paris.
This period was his most important work to date and adds to an already notable success story, from his beginnings as a chef in France to filming a travel show with Gordon Ramsay and appearing on ITV’s I’m a Celeb .
Fred grew up in Limoges, France, and always knew he wanted to work in the hospitality industry from an early age.

Nigel Farage and Sirieix took part in I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here last year.
He began his career as Chef de Rang at the three-Michelin-starred restaurant La Tante Claire, which has since closed.
He then worked his magic at Le Gavroche, Sartoria and Brasserie Roux.
But it was at the Michelin-starred Galvin at Windows restaurant on the 28th floor of the Hilton on Park Lane where he found a home as general manager and stayed for 14 years until 2019.
Her life on TV took her by storm, from becoming the friendly face associated with First Dates to traveling with culinary greats Gordon and Gino.
Last year, Fred found further fame on ITV’s I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here when he attacked Nigel Farage, saying the reform leader was “not interested in making the world a better place”.

Away from the spotlight, she has two children, Andrea, 19, and Matteo-Lucien, 14, with her ex-partner Alex Spendolini.
He is currently engaged to his fiancée Fruitcake, whom he plans to marry in Jamaica later this year.
While appearing on I’m A Celeb last year, the First Dates star revealed how he met his future wife with his campmates.
Fred shared: ‘I’ve never been on a bad date. But just as I met Fruitcake, I met her in Peckham.
“I walked up and she was smiling at me and I was smiling at her and I liked her eyes… I just had to talk to her… I asked her for her number and I said, ‘Are we going to have a drink tonight?'” That was nine years ago. We’re getting married next year in Jamaica.
