Perth fashion influencer Jacquie Alexander has opened up about the nightmare flight that left her crying and breathless.
The 31-year-old revealed how a recent trip turned ugly when her plane had to abort a landing due to high winds.
After the turbulence made a child sitting nearby sick, Alexander found himself battling his own emetophobia, a phobia of vomiting and seeing others vomit.
Posting a video on her Instagram stories, the businesswoman can be seen squirming in her seat, holding her nose and gulping for air.
“It was the first time I experienced a failed landing attempt and I was spiraling downwards,” she began in the caption.
‘And if it couldn’t be worse, the child behind me was vomiting non-stop because of the turbulence.
“It smelled so bad I was literally crying, my emetophobia was screaming.”
Alexander also praised the flight crew in his post.

“Honestly, that experience made me realize what an airplane can do. We were literally about to land and we were back in the air without any issues,” he continued.
“If there’s one thing we can take away from this, it’s how impressive these planes are and how capable the pilots are at dealing with everything.”
Alexander runs her own fashion label called In My Moods, which she co-owns with her boyfriend, hockey player Nathan Ephraum.
Her latest post comes months after she was criticised for being “embarrassing” and “giving all Australians a bad name” on the London Underground in September.
While on holiday in the English capital, Jacquie shared a video of herself flipping her hair and lip-syncing to the viral song ‘Prada’ by CASSO, D-Block Europe and Ray.

The short clip showed the digital creator dancing around a crowded subway train and drawing angry glances from fellow passengers.
“I’m in my ‘I don’t give a fuck’ period,” she wrote alongside the video, unconcerned about how her activities made other people uncomfortable. “The confidence this gives me is unmatched.”
Alexander soon admitted she was “shaking” with anxiety immediately after stopping filming, but that didn’t deter the thousands who slammed her for her “disgusting” behaviour.
Many called her self-centered and asked her never to do anything like that again.
“The narcissism of this generation is out of this world. Enough already,” wrote one woman.
“This is so shameful and narcissistic,” echoed another.
“Stop trying to be the main character,” said a third. “This is so embarrassing.”
