A golfer had his wedding guests howling with laughter after interrupting a couple’s ceremony to hit a golf ball, only to reveal he was actually the celebrant.
In a now-viral TikTok clip, Victorian couple ‘Emily and Jamie’ were waiting to exchange vows at Cape Schanck Resort on the spectacular Mornington Peninsula over the weekend, when an intruder crashed the ceremony.
“Sorry, guys,” the man announced to the gathered wedding guests.
“Play where it is,” he said, pointing to his golf ball.

The golfer then prepared to take his shot, before looking out at the crowd.
‘What’s going on here? A wedding?’ she asked.
The man then took his shot before revealing that he was the celebrant.
‘We have to marry these guys, yeah!’ he exclaimed as he took off his golf polo and swung it over his head.
The guests laughed and cheered as the celebrant shook the groom’s hand.
The TikTok video has had almost 50,000 likes and social media users approved of the prank.
‘This is really so good. There’s nothing wrong with having a little humor at a wedding,” one follower wrote.

‘Oh, I love this!’ said a third.
