The DIY SOS presenter, 61, got engaged to Katie, 34, in 2022 and the couple were in good spirits as they attended the opening of The Rocky Horror Show at the Dominion Theatre in the West End.
Nick opted for a casual white polo shirt with a geometric print and beige chinos for the occasion.
Meanwhile, Katie looked stunning in a little black dress that hit several inches above her knee, possibly in a nod to the risqué nature of the hit musical.
The appearance comes just days before Nick’s debut on this year’s edition of Strictly Come Dancing.

Former soap favourite Jason Donovan has returned to his roots reprising the same role he first played 25 years ago, in a national tour that begins with a month-long run at London’s Dominion Theatre.
Speaking about the role, he told Heat magazine: “I’m a fan. I love the show, I love the music, I love the character.
“About five years ago I was touring with my own show and I included Sweet Transvestite from Rocky Horror as a key moment in my musical career. It was a success. Rocky Horror is like a pantomime for adults.”
The star added that it was during his time on Rocky Horror that he met his wife Angela, explaining that it was their relationship that pushed him to finally get clean after a battle with cocaine addiction.
He added: ‘I was backstage waiting to go in and got chatting to Ange. She told me that if the relationship had any chance of working and if I was going to have any involvement in our son’s life, I would have to give up the hedonistic, self-indulgent lifestyle of the 90s and take more control of my life.
“And I did. Elton John said it (about addiction) and it’s true: ‘Nobody can do it for you.'”
