A naked bride fell 50 metres from her apartment on her wedding night and died.
Ksenia Vodyanitskaya, 23, fell from the window of her 15th-floor apartment in a residential building she shared with her boyfriend Konstantin, 24, in the Russian city of St Petersburg.
She had posted happy photographs of her wedding just hours before Konstantin alerted emergency services to her fall.
The boyfriend was “distraught” after running downstairs to find his girlfriend’s body and was subsequently questioned by police.
He denied any role in Ksenia’s downfall, according to reports citing authorities.

The husband was not arrested and the initial police assessment is that his tragic death was accidental, although the investigation is still ongoing.
Ksenia had recently graduated from St. Petersburg State University of Veterinary Medicine.
She was into photography and had started posting wedding photos when she died.
She died after the couple returned home following the wedding ceremony and a party at a restaurant in the city.

“Friends said the couple was happy at their wedding,” the Moskovsky Komsomolets newspaper reported.
‘Testimonies from friends and family indicate that there were no serious problems in the couple’s relationship.
“The young man truly loved his girlfriend and simply could not hurt her, the friends of the deceased are sure.”
