CCTV footage captured the moment a baker’s entire day was ruined when her shoe became trapped under a trolley, sending all her pastries crashing to the floor.
Footage shows Isabel Maidens trying to move a trolley full of treats she had spent all day working on at her bakery, Isabakes, in Rossendale, Lancashire, on September 23.
While moving the cart, one of her Crocs gets stuck under a wheel, causing the cart to shake and seven trays to fall from their shelves toward her.
The baker desperately tries to catch them, but the trays fall and the treats spill all over the floor.
Isabel stands with her head in her hands and one shoe on as she contemplates the result of her hard day’s work.

The video has been viewed more than 450,000 times on Instagram and Tiktok.
Isabel, dejected, looks away as she realizes that her hard day’s work has been in vain.
She posted the video to her bakery’s Instagram and TikTok that same day, where it went viral and has been viewed more than 450,000 times.
Her Instagram post read: “If you’re having a bad Monday, it can’t be worse than mine.” (These are) all my cakes that I spent the day making! Let’s go again.’
The post has more than 4,000 likes and 300 comments, with one person saying: “Those Crocs need to be fired immediately.”
A second joked: “Note to self: don’t wear Crocs to work.”
A third added: “I would cry.”
