Married At First Sight groom Collins Christian clashed with relationship expert John Aiken during Sunday night’s commitment ceremony.
John grilled the 28-year-old about his feelings towards his wife Natalie Parham when things got heated.
Natalie was explaining that she wanted to abandon the experiment after Collins didn’t show her any affection at dinner.
“My father passed away two months ago and my anxiety and grief were starting to take over and I never thought I would feel alone at a dinner party,” she said.
“I had to ask him to hold my hand to get into dinner even though I was shaking.”

Collins then admitted that he could show Natalie more affection before adding, “It’s been common that Nat’s pain has been a big part of this experiment.”
“Other than the pain, she has been present to the best of her ability,” John said.
Collins interrupted: ‘You just said pain aside… I’m sorry, but if I’m honest, I don’t agree with you. “You can’t just ignore the pain, it’s a huge factor.”
“I’m not saying pain doesn’t play into this,” John said before Collins tried to interrupt him again.
‘I’m not done talking… I’m saying she’s here as a complete package and she wants a connection and you said you can’t think of anything you can do to bring her closer. That is a problem. What do you think you should do to make her feel close? Juan continued.
“No, I’m sorry, I came to ask your advice… you tell me,” said a frustrated Collins.

An unimpressed John continued: “You’ve never been in a relationship before, but you talk to me like you’re an expert and what I’m saying is that you need to open your mind and start listening.”
“If you challenge me you are deviating from the topic at hand… I want you to take charge and be the agent of change here.”
Natalie then broke down by admitting that she doesn’t trust Collins before finally revealing her decision to leave.
However, Collins voted to stay, forcing the couple to remain in the experiment.
