Lindsay Hubbard, of Summer House fame, hosted a co-ed baby shower at the Paris Café in New York City on Saturday, after previously revealing that she and the father of her child would not initially live together after the baby was born.
The 38-year-old mom-to-be, who broke off her engagement to fiancé Carl Radke last year, wore a sleeveless pink lace dress for the occasion.
Her bright blonde locks were styled with an off-center part and a loose updo with face-framing pieces in the front. And the reality TV personality’s face was radiant in pink-toned makeup that included a glossy lip.
Hubbard boasted about celebrating her pending bundle of joy by hosting a co-ed baby shower instead of the more traditional girls and women-only version.
“What makes my baby shower more unique is that it’s a joint baby shower for him and her to celebrate, not just the baby’s mom, but also the baby’s dad,” the New York City native explained . ‘I didn’t want a traditional baby shower where it’s me and all my friends and me sitting in the chair opening the gifts. That’s not fun for anyone. People just want to celebrate you, have fun and have fun.”

The mom-to-be, who broke off her engagement to fiancé Carl Radke, 39, last year, wore a sleeveless pink lace dress for the occasion.
Hubbard said Us weekly on the location: “When I went to see the space, it was so beautiful, so open.” Especially during the day, it has tons of windows so the sunlight comes in and it feels like an indoor/outdoor feel.’
He stood out about his partner, who Page six Dr. Turner Kufe revealed, “I wanted my boyfriend to be celebrated, loved and supported by his friends and family as much as I was by my friends and family.” So that was the main decision.”
There were no baby shower games, but she did ask guests to make predictions and share advice for expectant parents.
There were also disposable cameras floating around the party for people to take fun photos and remember them for years to come.
“I’m very good at making memories,” Lindsay said. ‘This moment is one of the most important moments that will happen to me in my life when I become a mother and, at the same time, it will also be the most important moment for (my boyfriend) in his life. That’s why it’s very important for me to be able to capture those memories together.”
Hubbard said in an August 29 appearance at the Housewives Cup podcast that she and Kufe continue to reside in separate homes in New York City and that she “wasn’t even thinking about moving in” with him during the pregnancy.
“We live very close to each other in New York, literally a few blocks away,” Hubbard said. ‘We are on the same avenue.
“And once the baby is born, I’m sure he’ll be spending every night because he’s obsessed with her and doesn’t want to miss any of her.”
Hubbard said that “when the time is right” in their “relationship, maybe we’ll move in together.”
Dusty pink and mauve hues filled the baby shower venue, as did flowers from Dearest Rachel and a display from Balloon Thrill.
Lindsay shared posts from baby shower attendees on social media on Sunday
Hubbard said she and Kufe were taking things “step by step” amid the busy times, and that living together could have added stress to the process.
“I just didn’t want to put more pressure, obviously, on this relationship that already comes with being pregnant and having a baby, which puts a lot of pressure on a new relationship,” Hubbard said. ‘So I removed all external pressures. And it’s working for us.”
Hubbard said on the podcast that he had been working on setting up one of the rooms in his Manhattan home for a little girl’s nursery.
In September 2023, Lindsay’s engagement to her Summer House co-star Radke came to an abrupt halt weeks before what was supposed to be their big day.
Now, he says of where he is in life: ‘It’s really special to enter this new chapter of my life and start a family. Especially so that our daughter has cousins nearby that she can play with and also call her family.’
At Saturday’s baby shower venue, dusty pink and mauve hues filled the room, as did flowers from Dearest Rachel and a display from Balloon Thrill.
Guests enjoyed artichoke hearts, chicken milanese bites, Old Bay fries and smashburgers.
There were also cocktails with names like The Baby Mama spicy margarita and The Baby Daddy negroni. Desserts from Brandon’s Donuts and Rebecca’s Cake Pops were also served.
Her bright blonde locks were styled with an off-center part and a loose updo with face-framing pieces in the front.
The reality TV sensation shared outtakes from her babymoon in September.
Hubbard’s Summer House co-stars Kyle Cooke, Amanda Batula, Ciara Miller, Danielle Olivera and Gabby Prescod were on hand for the shower.
“I feel like this is a great moment for Summer House history,” he shared.
And the star reflected: “We got Kyle and Amanda married, which was a huge milestone.” And now that I’m pregnant and having a baby, I think it’s another milestone like, “Wow, okay, we have a baby in Summer House!”
She previously announced that she and her boyfriend are expecting a girl and has now revealed to us: “(I’m having a) Sagittarius girl.” In fact, I’m scared for my boyfriend.
‘I’m Leo and now we’re having a Sagittarius girl and we’re both fire/fire. She’s already crazy. She is a maniac. Every time we go for an ultrasound, she is doing pirouettes and tricks.
She said she hopes to “start slowing down a lot” now that the baby shower is over, adding, “Just this week I got the whole daycare together.” It’s done. It’s complete. I feel so good. And if I have this baby like tomorrow, I’m already ready with everything I need for her. I’m starting to pack my bags for the hospital.
Hubbard will be born very soon and the baby is expected to arrive in the coming months.
