Kevin Spacey was spotted attending the Michael Curatolo Nation Award gala dinner in Taormina, Italy on Friday.
The 64-year-old actor was spotted alongside model Madalina Ghenea, who was dubbed “the sexiest woman on the planet and beyond” last year after being in relationships with a variety of Hollywood celebrities including Leonardo DiCaprio and Gerard Butler.
Madalina, 36, wore a luxurious floor-length brown dress with a plunging neckline and large bell sleeves.
Kevin sported a summer-style outfit with a pastel blue blazer and trousers paired with a pale pink shirt.
The sighting comes after Kevin admitted to being on the brink of bankruptcy due to his multi-million dollar legal fees and having to take a job teaching acting in Armenia.

He is currently trying to rebuild his career after being acquitted of sexually assaulting four men last year.
But after spending the past few years as persona non grata in Hollywood, it seems Kevin Spacey still had a fan base and a captive audience in Armenia.
The Oscar winner was in the capital Yerevan, where he gave an acting masterclass to students after being named “guest of honour” at the Golden Apricot International Film Festival.
His best friend Evan Lowenstein shared photos of the American actor “giving a masterclass to students in Yerevan, Armenia,” in which he appeared to be having a conversation with aspiring acting stars sitting around him.
A video then showed Kevin addressing a packed room of fans at Yerevan’s Cinema House, an event that had to be relocated from the American University of Armenia, which apparently disinvited him following a student protest.
“This is exciting and important for me,” he told the crowd, according to Armenian media.
‘It doesn’t matter if you’re on a professional stage or in a school company; you just have to perform.
“While there is a lot of money to be made in movies, a good actor is a good actor anywhere, and a bad actor is a bad one. If you think you can be in front of the camera or on stage, sooner or later you will get there.”

Madalina has been linked to a variety of Hollywood celebrities, including Leonardo DiCaprio and Gerard Butler.
Kevin was in the Armenian capital of Yerevan this week, where he gave an acting masterclass to students.
Despite the large turnout at the event, Spacey’s visit to the country, sponsored by the Yerevan municipality, has proved controversial.
AUA students staged a protest after learning that he was going to give a talk to students on their campus, organized by the organizers of the film festival.
“We are deeply concerned and disappointed by the University’s decision to provide a platform for a meeting with Kevin Spacey,” the petition reads.
“This sends a troubling message to survivors of sexual assault and, more broadly, to students, faculty and the community.”
Spacey will also be honoured at the Folkestone Independent Film Awards on 20 July for his role in the action thriller Control, in which he lends his voice.
Spacey has repeatedly denied the sexual assault allegations, which first surfaced in 2017, though he admitted his past behavior was “groping” and “pushing boundaries” during a recent interview with Piers Morgan.
“Being too groping, sexually touching someone in a way that I didn’t know at the time that I didn’t want… I’m absolutely 150 percent prepared to take responsibility for those things that I did,” he said on Piers Morgan Uncensored.
He added: ‘This week, the house I’ve been living in Baltimore is being foreclosed on. My house is being sold at auction.
“I’m not really sure where I’m going to live now… I still owe a lot of legal bills that I haven’t been able to pay.”
Spacey was acquitted of the charges brought against him in a high-profile trial at Southwark Crown Court last July.
