Kanye West has remained silent amid an assault investigation following an alleged incident at the Chateau Marmont involving his wife, Bianca Censori, and twins Mark and Jonnie Houston.
Rapper Heartless, 46, who recently enjoyed a casual dinner with Censori at Denny’s, allegedly punched one of the twins over claims that Censori had been “physically and sexually” with one of them in April at the iconic Los Angeles hotel.
The music artist became a suspect in the battery case, and it was later revealed that he had physical contact with the “wrong” twin.
However, just a month after the altercation allegedly took place, both West and the twins, owners of several restaurants and bars in Los Angeles, have gone completely silent, authorities said. TMZ in a new update on Friday.
Police informed the outlet that there is no clear evidence of the alleged assault and added that Kanye and the twins must cooperate with police for the investigation.
But the trio has not responded when approached by authorities.

Authorities told TMZ they speculate that Kanye, who also goes by Ye, as well as the Houston twins, have resolved the issue privately.
And due to a lack of evidence and no answers from the trio, police are unable to send the case to the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office, although the case remains open.
The alleged altercation took place last month in April when West and Bianca were spending time at the Chateau Marmont.
He was named a suspect in an assault report for “punching a man who grabbed Bianca Censori.”
At the time, her team informed DailyMail.com that she was not simply hit or pushed during the incident.
His team claimed that his wife was sexually assaulted by one of the twins when one of them put his hands under her dress and also “blowed kisses” in her direction.
West’s representatives stated: “The term ‘Grabbed’ is grossly inadequate as a description of what happened. Bianca was physically attacked. The attacker did not simply bump into her.
‘He put his hands under her dress, directly on her body, grabbed her by the waist, spun her around and then blew kisses at her. She was mistreated and sexually assaulted.”

After finding the man, who allegedly “grabbed” his wife, the father of four, who said he did not see the incident “directly,” claims he told the man to “leave right now.”
“I talked to the guy and said, ‘You have to leave right now,’ and he said, ‘Oh, ‘okay.'” And it’s like, no, it’s not right,” the Stronger hitmaker recalled. “It wasn’t good.”

When asked if the man could still be sleeping, West looked down and said, “I don’t know what happened.”
There was also a report on TMZclaiming that West hit one half of a pair of twins who own numerous Los Angeles bars and restaurants, but reportedly hit the wrong man.
The twins are Mark and Jonnie Houston, owners of Los Angeles hot spots like No Vacancy, Good Times at Davey Wayne’s, Black Rabbit Rose and Break Room 86.

However, sources claimed there is no evidence to support those claims, with TMZ’s sources calling Censori’s accusations “completely wrong and simply not accurate.”
Sources claimed that a man bumped into Censori in the lobby of the Chateau Marmont, which was said to be quite busy at the time.
The incident happened quickly and the man continued on his way and left to sit with some friends.
Shortly after, West approached the table to confront the man and eventually punched him in the face.
However, West apparently hit the wrong man: the other twin and not the one who bumped into his girlfriend in the hallway.
It is unclear at this time which of the twins ran into Censori and which was ultimately hit by West.
The Houston twins are said to frequent the Chateau Marmont quite a bit, although it is unclear if they have interacted with West before.

The rapper left the hotel after the incident, long before police arrived, and cops reportedly wanted to speak with West after the altercation.
West reportedly hit the wrong brother twice, and law enforcement sources were unable to find any evidence that one of the brothers assaulted Censori in any way.
Even though no evidence was found, West’s team insists that Censori was assaulted that night.
“This was a physical and sexual assault and any attempt to undermine the seriousness of what happened is repellent and vile,” one of Kanye’s representatives said in a statement.
