His record would have been greater than seven without having Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City as a formidable rival.
Klopp replaced Brendan Rodgers as manager on October 8, 2015, and this afternoon’s clash against Wolves will be his 489th game in charge of the Reds.
The outgoing Liverpool manager aims to achieve victory number 304 and last of his tenure.

“Vacation,” he told Liverpool’s official website. “They invited me to the Champions League final against Dortmund, so we’ll watch it.”
‘It’s not like I tried much (before going on holiday), so I didn’t have time. I had time, but for me a summer vacation, at least at the end of the season, was like lying on the first available sun lounger and having a phone here and talking to agents, sports directors and things like that.
“I didn’t have training sessions, yes, but the rest pretty much continued. That means I didn’t see one percent of the world in vain.
“Now we won’t do anything, we’ll see the euros here and there, I’m really looking forward to that and then a holiday doing nothing and then the plan is to start traveling and we’ll see how it goes.”

“One hundred percent (I really want to be a husband, father and grandfather),” he added.
‘I can’t wait to be. Everything is alright. Like I said, I can’t wait for life, for life after the race and now let’s see what that means for me.
‘People ask me: “What are you going to do?” I just do not know. I’ve never had it, so let’s try it and I’ll tell you later.’
