Jimmie Allen finalized his divorce from ex-wife Alexis Gale more than a year after their separation announcement while she was pregnant with their third child.
The country star, 39, who raised eyebrows in April when she revealed she had given birth to twins during a breakup in her marriage, married Alexis in June 2020. They share daughters Naomi, four, Zara, three, and their son Cohen, who is now 13 months old.
By People the divorce was granted on October 1 in Sussex County, Delaware.
In April 2023, the couple announced their separation and news of their third baby, with Jimmie writing, “After much thought and reflection over the past few months, Lex and I have made the decision to separate.”

Jimmie talked about the timeline of his six children and talked about the topic. during an interview on YouTube with Kathie Lee Gifford earlier this year.
The entertainer was reported to have fathered twins with Danielle Rice while she was still legally married to her husband of five years, causing Danielle’s former partner “great pain.”
However, Allen explained that he was not with his estranged wife, Alexis, at the time and that Danielle had also been separated from her husband.

Allen took to his Instagram to announce that he had welcomed twins, Aria and Amari.
In a message uploaded to his stories, the Best Shot singer wrote: ‘I have 6 children. I love each one of them. I refuse to allow anyone to make me feel ashamed of any of my children. The only opinion that matters to me is theirs.
In addition to welcoming the twins, Jimmie reconciled with Alexis shortly after and the couple welcomed their son, Cohen, in September 2023, three months after Aria and Amari were born.
Jimmie is also father to nine-year-old Aadyn from a previous relationship.
While speaking with Kathie in the latest interview, the country star stated, “I decided to post my twins on Instagram and it went everywhere.”

However, a spokesperson for Rice stated that she had already been legally separated from her husband for five years.
‘Danielle and Jimmie have enjoyed a friendship for over nine years before conceiving their children. At the time of the affair, Jimmie and his wife Alexis were not together.
“Danielle was separated from her husband and was in the process of leaving what was a very difficult relationship for her,” the spokesperson continued.
Rice and her now ex-husband filed for divorce in November 2022 and it was officially finalized the following year, in March. Just four months later, in June, she welcomed her twins and Jimmie.
