Jesse Plemons has revealed exactly how much weight he lost following his dramatic transformation.
The Power of the Dog star, 36, who earlier this month denied taking the diabetes drug Ozempic, lost a whopping 50 pounds.
“I’m not going to carry 50 more pounds,” he said. Entertainment tonight at the Thursday night premiere of his new film Kinds of Kindness.
The father-of-two, married to Kirsten Dunst, said he has “a lot more energy” now that he has lost weight.
“Like I said, I have little kids, so I have to keep up with them,” she said of her sons Ennis, six, and James, three.

Plemons went on to note that he gradually lost the extra weight “over the course of a year and a half or so.”
It comes after Plemons last week insisted he did not use the popular weight loss drug Ozempic.
He told the Los Angeles Times: ‘It’s really unfortunate that I decided to recover when everyone decided to take Ozempic. It doesn’t matter. Anyway, everyone’s going to think I took Ozempic.’
The Texas native continued, “Several people told me about intermittent fasting and I just tried it and was amazed at how quickly it was effective.”
Referring to his role in Civil War alongside Dunst, he said: “There was a part I did where in my mind I couldn’t imagine him being the size I was. I lost a little bit before I did that part.”
Jesse added: “And then I felt like I was in the groove, I felt better and something changed in my head.” I just understood it.’
Kirsten and Jesse met while playing an on-screen couple on the FX series Fargo in 2014. They became a real-life couple in 2016.

She gushed about her husband in the interview: “I love working with him.”
‘The good thing is that we trust each other so much. “Last night he sent me a scene from this miniseries he’s working on to get my opinion,” Dunst commented on their tendency to lean on each other.
‘If I’m having a hard time deciding on something, I’ll make you read it. I trust his opinion more than anyone and he cares about me more than anyone,’ he emphasized.
And noting their similarities when it comes to film, he said, “We hate the same things.”
