She is believed to have been close to Perry for many years and even met her future husband Sheen at one of his parties.
An Instagram photo posted in March 2022 shows Sheen smiling alongside Sangha and his uncle Paul Singh during a night out in Beverly Hills.
Mueller, 46, has struggled with substance abuse issues over the years. In July 2011, he entered a rehabilitation program.
Two years later, her children were removed from their home over suspicions of drug use. Mueller re-entered rehab at that time.
Mueller was seen enjoying a stroll on a Malibu beach yesterday hours after news of the charges broke, but has remained tight-lipped about the situation.
She is also said to be good friends with drug dealer Erik Fleming, 54, who pleaded guilty to two charges and admitted to supplying Perry with the ketamine that ultimately killed him.
Prosecutors said Fleming gave the drugs to Perry’s assistant, Kenneth Iwamasa, 59, who administered the fatal dose.
Mueller was said to have been at the same Los Angeles rehab facility as Perry and his alleged drug dealer Jasveen Sangha.
Perry and Mueller had been close for years, and the actress reportedly met her future husband Sheen at one of the Friends star’s parties.
Iwamasa pleaded guilty on Aug. 7 to one count of conspiracy to distribute ketamine causing death and admitted to repeatedly injecting Perry with the drug.
Prosecutors say Dr. Salvador Plasencia, 42, who is charged with selling ketamine and falsifying records related to the federal investigation into Perry’s death, taught her how to administer the injections.
He was charged along with Dr. Mark Chavez, 54, who admitted to selling ketamine Plascencia from his clinic.

Perry was found unresponsive in the hot tub of his Pacific Palisades home on October 28, 2023.
Perry had been receiving prescription ketamine therapy to treat his anxiety and depression.
Sangha, 41, is better known as the “Ketamine Queen” according to prosecutors, who say she is responsible for selling the ketamine that led to Perry’s death.
Investigators said they discovered a “drug emporium” at Sangha’s home during a raid in March 2024.
