In the new video, the BStrong founder explained that there was one “critical” question you should ask yourself in a relationship, and that is whether it’s “good” or “great.”
“If you don’t know, yes, it’s no,” Frankel said.
“If you have something in your body that questions your relationship, and it’s like it’s very good but not great, that’s not good enough, because you’re not going to come to an agreement,” he warned.
Frankel promised that when you find the courage to end a relationship that may not feel good to you, that’s when you will ‘open up’ to finding ‘the real thing.’
“You’ll thank yourself, you’ll say, I’m so proud of myself for having the courage,” she continued.
“Because when you jump, you fly, so you’re not going to settle,” the former Big Shot With Bethenny star urged TikTok viewers.
She compared the situation to food and explained that we don’t eat normal things, we eat something that is “surprising” or nothing at all.

And, in the comments section of his video, many users seemed to agree with his opinion and shared their own success stories.
‘100 percent. I left my good relationship for something bigger and never looked back. Don’t let them convince you that mediocrity is something you want,” one person wrote.
Another shared: ‘Very true. I have friends and people I hang out with tell me I’m being too picky or looking for something bad, but I feel like I don’t want to settle.’
‘REAL! I left a relationship that I could have comfortably stayed in for a lifetime. I met my husband a year later and he is my soulmate, don’t give up,’ someone else wrote.
