It’s the family tragedy that no furry parent wants to face.
Australian influencer Tahlia Aubusson took to her social media earlier this month to announce the loss of a pet.
And sadly, the young pup, who had only been with the mother-of-two’s family for a few weeks, died in a freak accident.
Tahlia, 35, explained in a heartbreaking Instagram post that the puppy, named Maple, was running past a falling chair when the disaster struck.
And in a strange and tragic twist, the dog was in the path of the stool when it hit the ground, hitting the puppy in the neck and mortally injuring the animal.
