Kate Moss revealed all her beauty tricks while taking a look at her makeup bag on her COSMOSS Instagram account on Thursday.
The supermodel, 50, admitted her daughter Lila, 21, taught her how to do makeup because she never paid attention while she did it professionally when she was younger.
Kate said she was always “too busy smoking” while in a makeup chair before photo shoots and catwalks to learn how to do it herself.
Always called “a moving target,” Kate joked that she could never sit still in her chair because she was always chatting.
Speaking to Alessandra Steinherr in the video, she asked her: “Would you say you’re good at doing your own makeup?”

The supermodel admitted that her daughter Lila, 21, taught her how to do makeup because she never paid attention while she did it professionally.
Kate, who shares Lila with ex Jefferson Hack, said: ‘No, I didn’t learn anything. I never paid attention. I was too busy chatting, I never saw what they did.’
‘This is what Lila taught me to use, the contour. She just said “mom, dot, dot, dot, dot” (all over her face). I mean, how did I not know, after 30 years.
Alessandra added: ‘Because you have the cheekbones that everyone wants to have!’
Kate said: ‘No, but I don’t use it for my cheekbones. I use it to add shine.’
Were you good in the makeup chair? Or did you want to run out of the makeup chair?’ Alessandra asked.
Kate said: ‘No, I just forgot I was even in the makeup chair. I was like a moving target, that’s what they called me. I was like this (moving frantically) with a cigarette.’
Lila has long been compared to her famous mother for their similar striking appearance and tall, slim bodies.
And she’s certainly finding that it pays to look like one of the world’s biggest supermodels, having nearly tripled her earnings in a year.

Accounts for Lila’s own company, Grace Grove Ltd, published on Thursday, reveal that her paycheck jumped from £129,458 in 2022 to £359,433 in 2023.
It’s evidence of a very successful year for Lila after fronting campaigns for companies such as Pepe Jeans, an international denim brand based on Portobello Road in Notting Hill.
She also starred in a campaign for French brand Maje last year and is currently walking in several exclusive shows for Paris Fashion Week, or gracing the front row alongside Kate.
After signing with her mother’s Kate Moss agency when she was just 15, Lila became the face of Marc Jacobs Beauty in 2018.
She then made her catwalk debut for Italian fashion house Miu Miu in 2020, became a YSL ambassador and made headlines when she walked the Victoria’s Secret World Tour pink carpet last year.
