Michael Strahan’s daughter Isabella has been hailed as an “inspiration” by fans after undergoing her third emergency brain surgery in a matter of months.

The University of Southern California freshman was previously diagnosed with medulloblastoma after doctors found a tumor “bigger than a golf ball” growing in the back of her brain, causing “headaches.” unbearable head” and vomiting.

Since then, she has been documenting her medical journey on social media and discussing her treatment in a series of candid YouTube videos.

However, over the weekend it was sister Sophia who posted a cheerful slideshow on Instagram, capturing her sister beaming with happiness as she posed in a pink wig amid her ongoing treatment.

It comes after Isabella revealed she had to undergo a third emergency craniotomy in a devastating twist that came just two days after she celebrated the reduction of her chemotherapy treatment.

In the heartwarming snaps uploaded by Sophia, the twin sisters were all smiles as they hugged each other and posed playfully for the camera.

They both wore white tank tops and sweatpants and Isabella finished the look sporting a bright pink wig with bangs.

The post, which was simply titled “Pink Friday,” was soon inundated with messages of support for the brave teen.

One person wrote: ‘You girls are an inspiration. Thanks for sharing.’

‘Happy to see such big smiles on their faces. We continue to pray for Isabella,” another stared.

Another added: ‘Sending my best wishes to your sister. Following her on YouTube. I hate everything that’s happening, but what a soldier!’

Someone else commented: ‘Praying for love. Stay strong.’

One simply said: ‘I wish you a healthy, quick and complete recovery!’

In January, she posted a slideshow of the two sisters in the hospital, as well as a throwback to them as children, lovingly writing, “I’m so lucky to have the most amazing sister and best friend in the world.”

The outpouring of support comes after Isabella faced another heartbreaking hurdle in her health journey when she candidly revealed to her followers that she had suffered another “big setback” in her treatment.

He explained that he had to undergo another agonizing craniotomy surgery just over a month after his last emergency procedure to drain fluid from his head.

Since first opening up about her diagnosis on the morning show, Isabella has been documenting her journey on her YouTube account, where she has amassed more than 37,200 subscribers.

Her father added about her decision to be so open about it online: “She’s [doing it] in the hope that other people with the same diagnosis will feel supported and know they are not alone.’
