Vanderpump Rules star Lala Kent cradled her burgeoning baby bump in a wrap dress while sharing her gratitude for her sperm bank on Wednesday.
She announced her latest pregnancy last month, posting a touching snap of her three-year-old daughter Ocean smiling at her growing belly.
Lala is still locked in a rancorous custody battle with Ocean’s father, film producer Randall Emmett, more than two years after their split.
Shocked by her experiences and determined not to “share my child again,” Lala opted for artificial insemination with a sperm donor.
Now, after announcing the baby’s sex at a gender reveal party, Lala posted a glowing message on Instagram thanking California Cryobank Sperm Bank.

‘Now that I’ve revealed that I’m having a girl, seen her sweet little profile, and my belly is swollen, I feel an overwhelming amount of love and gratitude. “This journey has been incredibly enriching and I am so grateful for the outpouring of support,” the blonde reality star gushed.
‘I am very happy to be able to share this moment of my life with all of you. Thanks @cryobank for helping me grow my group and make my baby’s dreams come true in my own way and on my own terms.’
The post was accompanied by a photo of Lala in a sparkling silver wrap maternity dress, styled elegantly with a pair of snakeskin-print boots.
A day earlier, she posted a sweet video from her gender reveal party showing the exact moment she found out she was having a daughter.
Her brother Easton Burningham cut a vanilla cake and excitedly announced to the room that the frosting inside was pink.
‘It is pink?’ Lala said in shock, before leaning forward to glimpse the inside of the cake and then shouting with joy when she confirmed the news.
The party included Lala’s mother, Lisa Burningham, as well as friends, including her former Vanderpump Rules co-star, Stassi Schroeder.
She previously explained on Amazon Live: ‘I didn’t choose the gender because I did IUI [Intrauterine insemination]which is where my eggs stay inside my body.’

Lala said: “I went to a doctor, they put a little tube in there with the products and I get what I get, so they didn’t create embryos for me like they do with IVF.” [in vitro fertilization].’
She recently threw a birthday party for little Ocean and welcomed her former Vanderpump Rules co-stars Stassi, Katie Maloney and Scheana Shay.
Stassi and her husband Beau Clark brought their three-year-old daughter Hartford, while Scheana and her husband Brock Davies arrived at the party with their two-year-old daughter Summer, making sure the birthday girl had company her age.
Lala also invited Ambyr Childers, Randall’s ex-wife, as well as Ambyr and Randall’s daughters, London and Rylee, who are Ocean’s half-sisters.
In a recent appearance on Amazon Live, Lala shed some light on why she conceived through artificial insemination instead of naturally.
‘The best thing about my baby daddy is that he doesn’t exist. “I’ve been pretty open about wanting to have complete control over… I guess not my son, but having him around me all the time,” she explained.
“I went through a really difficult time with my past and just with Ocean,” she noted without mentioning Randall’s name. “For me, my son will never be in the game again.”
Lala and Randall split in 2021 amid a barrage of accusations that he had cheated on her, and the ensuing custody battle is still ongoing.

In 2022, she was so disillusioned with the idea of co-parenting that she declared she would only have her next child with a sperm donor.
‘I won’t even try to do it any other way. “I don’t want there to be another person involved,” she said on Scheana’s Scheananigans podcast.
Although there was always the possibility of a boyfriend “coming into my life,” she “wasn’t taking the risk” of raising a child with someone else again.
‘There’s a good chance it won’t work, especially where we live. “I’m so scared by all this shit that’s happened in my life.”
