Tobi Pearce and Rachel Dillon sold their beachfront mansion on Queensland’s luxurious Gold Coast for $7.7 million.

They bought the White House in November for $7.3 million at auction.

Pearce, 30, is a tech entrepreneur and Dillon, 28, is best known as a fitness guru.
It comes after Dillon took to Instagram in September to announce his engagement to Pearce, who is the ex of fitness entrepreneur Kayla Itsines.
Dillon posted a photo of the couple kissing in Capri, Italy, while she showed off her sparkling engagement ring.
The fitness trainer, founder of the Move With Us platform, wrote a simple caption of their engagement date: ‘1.9.23’ followed by a wedding ring emoji.
