The first series ran for eight episodes and explored the lives of Ashley and Gordon, two complex people who come together after a fateful car accident and an injured dog.
Following the success of the first season, Harriet and Patrick took home an AACTA Award for Best Narrative Comedy Series and two Logies for Most Outstanding Actor and Most Outstanding Actress.

Colin From Accounts star Tai Hara recently spoke about the show’s international success, after it earned rave reviews in both the UK and US.
Tai, who plays the antagonist James, told the Daily Telegraph who would never have expected the comedy to become such a global sensation.
“We all had the feeling that it was something special, we loved doing it,” he shared.
The second series will launch on streaming service Binge on Thursday and looks to deliver more of the first season’s mix of comedy and heartwarming moments.

The actor said Colin From Accounts found its success by entering a ‘dry patch’ in the romantic comedy genre.
The series has become a hit in more than 100 countries since its first season premiered in 2022.
It also cleaned up at the Venice TV Awards, the European Broadcasting Union’s Rose d’Or Awards and the London C21 International Awards.
