Her appearance comes after her F1 executive husband Horner, 50, became embroiled in a sexting scandal.
WhatsApp messages he sent to a colleague were leaked after he was accused of misconduct.
The lewd texts included asking the employee what she was wearing and a back-and-forth of photographs.
At the time, sources told The Mail that she left the UK before the leak and went into crisis when she arrived.
Horner was cleared by an internal investigation into allegations of “incredibly controlling” behavior on February 28.
But his job as Red Bull boss, as well as his marriage, took a hit when the text messages were published just a day later.
However, Halliwell announced her intention to support her husband, and the two formed a united front.

Red Bull subsequently suspended Horner’s accuser. Mail Sport was told the decision to suspend her was a direct result of the investigation’s findings as her evidence was “dishonest”.
The complainant has since filed an appeal over the outcome of the investigation and Horner is being questioned as part of a new investigation that could last until mid-May.
Horner, who always denied any wrongdoing, was allowed to continue in his position after he was acquitted of the charge of coercive control.
He later admitted that the saga had been “very difficult” for his family and praised his “hugely supportive” wife.

She reunited with her girl group mates to perform the iconic choreography to their 1997 hit ‘Stop’.
Horner was absent from the occasion due to work commitments and his wife seemed carefree as she danced the night away.
However, it appears that the shadow cast by the allegations still looms over Halliwell.
He reportedly vetoed a proposal for a Netflix documentary to mark 30 years since the birth of the Spice Girls amid concerns about negative press.
