In another blow, his face is now being used to present a fake financial scheme with scammers creating fake headlines and articles.
It comes just months after Zoe was forced to warn fans about another scam that “has absolutely nothing to do with her” when she was used to promote a fraudulent crypto investment website.

Zoe Ball, 53, was used to promote crypto scams, with social media users “flooded” with “strange” adverts on Wednesday.
They added: “Is anyone else inundated with adverts with Zoe Ball apparently giving financial advice? »: “Anyone else getting weird targeted ads with Zoe Ball advising them to watch their retirement?!
“I had like 50 Zoe Ball ads on my feed today”: “My calendar is full of Zoe Balls. What does that mean, Elon, WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?!?’: ‘That’s really weird. Why is Zoe Ball all over my timeline?’
“Musk’s advertising is getting worse. I’ve seen many ads with Zoe Ball’s face recommending retirement security, I’m taking a risk here but I don’t think it’s legit.
Zoe returned to her Radio 2 breakfast show on Monday morning after taking a week off to care for her mother who was recently diagnosed with cancer.
The presenter was back in the studio, opening her show with the words: “It’s me!” I missed you all, I took care of my dear mother but I’m coming back to bother you.’
She then gave an update on her mother, Julia Peckham, explaining: “Unfortunately her cancer is quite advanced, but we are creating lots of beautiful memories and taking care of her, she has amazing people around her.”
Zoe also thanked the hospital staff and in particular “a pair of very friendly guys called Vic and Tom who took us to the emergency room by ambulance last week.
In January, the presenter warned her fans about a recent scam in which fraudsters used AI images of her face to scam people out of thousands of pounds.

Social media users are expressing concerns about
The BBC Radio 2 star appeared on BBC Morning Live to urge her fans that the recent scam “has absolutely nothing to do with her” and that she is “very concerned” about the number of people falling in the trap.
Zoe shared that scammers are creating fake headlines and articles that she invested money in a financial scheme that allowed her to make a lot of money.
But in reality, the fake account is actually designed to trick people into investing money in a fraudulent crypto investment website, which is then stolen by the scammers.
Speaking to hosts Helen Skelton and Gethin Jones, Zoe said: “Basically, I’m not really on Facebook, but a lot of my listeners have brought this story to my attention.
“There are some sort of posts on these Facebooks that attract people with these headlines, something about Zoe Ball shaming.
“A lot of people call it Apex AI, I think, and that shows that I put money into this financial program and did pretty well out of it.”
“And then it encourages people who follow me to do the same.” I had so many people contact me asking if it was real.
“Many of them gave their contact information and then received phone calls and follow-ups.”
“I have absolutely nothing to do with this, it’s a complete scam and I’m really, really concerned that people are being cheated out of their money.”
Not only has Zoe had her profile used by scammers to defraud people due to her public status, but Rochelle Humes and Rylan Clark are also victims.
Speaking to journalist Camilla Tominey on This Morning on Wednesday, Rochelle and Rylan confirmed they had also been victims of AI fraud on multiple occasions.
