Well, I guess we all know that. What it’s like to be a Warriors fan now.

The greatest shooter that ever lived: Steph Curry shined against France on Saturday night at the Bercy Arena, Scoring 12 of his 24 points in the last three minutes -and perhaps scoring the goal- The best shot in the history of the Olympic Games — to lead Team USA to a 98-87 victory and its fifth consecutive gold medal.

  • After a slow start in Paris, Curry shined when it mattered most, scoring 60 points in his final two games and hitting 17 of his 26 three-point attempts.

  • Kevin Durant added 15 points in Saturday’s gold medal game, while LeBron James filled the scoreboard once again, totaling 14 points, 10 assists and six rebounds.

  • Victor Wembanyama played brilliantly for France, scoring a game-high 26 points and doing a bit of everything. Remember, he’s only 19 years old.

Tournament MVP: James won the MVP award after leading all players in virtually every major category… at age 39. There are no words to describe his greatness.

From Dan Wetzel of Yahoo Sports:
