The 64-year-old co-founder of movie ticketing company Fandango jumped from the Kimberly Hotel and landed on a third-floor patio in July.

His business had struggled during the pandemic, which caused movie theaters to close or be forced to follow restrictions on audience sizes allowed for nearly two years.

Cline, who was a “serial entrepreneur” and managing partner of startup funding company Accretive, is said to have left a note before taking his own life.
