It looks like Whitney Port is enjoying a visit to Palm Beach, Florida that’s both business and pleasure.
And on Thursday, the reality star and businesswoman had most of her day scheduled and organized, which she shared in an Instagram post.
“A journey for the soul visiting family,” she began in the caption, along with a palm tree emoji.
She then proceeded to break up her Thursday with seven numbered elements that began with a video of herself doing a cartwheel in the sand, just feet from the incoming ocean waves.
‘1. Beach day at my @bondibornaustralia,” she wrote at the top of her to-do list, referring to her black bikini with white trim from Bondi Born, an Australian clothing and swimwear company founded by Dale McCarthy and with Headquartered in Sydney, Australia.
Whitney Port, 38, gave her 1.4 million Instagram fans and followers a glimpse of her trip to Palm Beach, Florida, which appears to be a mix of business and pleasure.
For the short clip, Port begins a run that leads to the cartwheel, which he performs with perfection, and ends with an equally good takedown with his hands raised in the air.
It seems she was inspired to do the flip after spending some time swimming in the beautiful blue waters, considering she was still soaked.
The Hills alum enjoyed her beautiful sunny day on the beach at the Four Seasons Resort at Palm Beach, a luxurious five-star oceanfront resort in Palm Beach, Florida.
‘2. How pretty @fspalmbeach,’ she wrote in the description of the second item of hers on her to-do list in the caption.
This simple stationary video was filmed behind beautiful plants and greenery as we look towards the beach and crashing waves.
Then on Port’s day he took her to lunch at a restaurant, which he marked with a photo of her husband, Tim Rosenman, sitting on a bench with a woman sitting next to him who appears to be his mother Vicki.
‘3. @crosie1 twins at The River Grill,’ she shared for the third item, before revealing what she had to eat. “I have ribs and fries.”
Next, for the fourth item, she posted a photo of her beach products which included baby oil, mineral milk sunscreen, lip lotion, and sunglasses, among others.
In a sign that she’s organized and multitasking, The Hills alum listed her to-do list for Thursday.
