Rachael Finch turned heads on Wednesday when she performed a grueling bikini-clad workout at a public pool in Coogee, Sydney.
The 36-year-old Miss Universe Australia winner filmed herself doing deep squats and push-ups.
Hiding her face beneath a wide-brimmed visor, the model wore a strapless cheetah-print bikini and black bottoms for the Instagram video.
Rachael got to work while her children Violet, eight, and Dominic, five, whom she shares with husband Michael Miziner, played in the winter sunshine.
In the first clip, Rachael is seen doing very deep squats while people move around behind her.
Rachael then moved on to push-ups, before rounding off her workout routine with a balancing exercise where she lifted one leg into the air.
The fitness influencer recently received criticism for running with her daughter in a school cross country race.
Rachael uploaded a video of herself running after her daughter Violet and shouting words of encouragement as the youngster competed against her peers.

A mother whose daughter was running in the same race said Rachael’s behaviour had a detrimental effect on her daughter’s performance.
The woman told Outspoken podcast hosts Amy, Kate and Sophie Taeuber last month that her daughter felt “intimidated” by the mommy blogger.
“My daughter was running after her. She was too intimidated to pass her because the mother was screaming and getting in her way,” she said.

The podcast hosts also revealed how former My Kitchen Rules star Ash Pollard rushed to Rachael’s defence following the backlash.
They said they shared the video on their Instagram page when Ash tagged Rachael and commented on the post.
Ash accused the podcasters of being “mean and cruel” and told them to remove the “opinion piece before they ruin Rachael’s day.”
Ash also called it “pathetic stuff” and told podcasters they were “not impacting the world in a positive way.”
