Travis Kelce’s ex-girlfriend Kayla Nicole has chosen her side in the US presidential election, and it’s decidedly different from Brittany Mahomes’.
After Chiefs quarterback Patrick’s wife Brittany liked a Donald Trump post on social media, Nicole made her loyalties clear Friday when she reposted a photo of a little girl watching Democratic nominee Kamala Harris speak at the Democratic National Convention.
Nicole made no direct reference to Trump or her former friend Brittany.
However, Nicole’s Instagram story about Harris certainly had a different tone than Brittany’s in recent days, after observant social media users spotted the soon-to-be mother of three liking a Trump post outlining 16 of his policies for her 26.3 million followers.

And after Mahomes’ like went public, she responded to the haters with an angry post on her Instagram Story.
“I mean, honestly, to be a hater as an adult you must have some deep-seated issues that you refuse to heal from childhood,” she wrote.
“There’s no reason you have to have a fully developed brain and hate seeing others do it well,” he added.
It’s worth noting that a tweet from 2017 has also resurfaced in which Brittany appeared to be less than amused by Trump during his presidency.
Beyond the backlash she’s received online, Brittany’s apparent recent endorsement of Trump’s policies could have real-world ramifications on her friendship with pop star Taylor Swift, who is dating Kelce, a teammate and close friend of her husband.
Previously, Swift expressed her disdain for Trump and endorsed his former rival Joe Biden for the 2020 election.
And some fans now think Brittany and Taylor’s relationship could suffer.
One wrote on X: ‘Well it looks like Brittany can forget about posting with Taylor Swift in the boxes from now on. This could seriously strain their relationship on TikTok.’
Another posted: ‘This season is gonna be awkward in stadium suites with Brittany and Taylor Swift.’

With Travis and teammate Patrick Mahomes as close friends, Taylor and Brittany have formed a close friendship as they have been seen together watching Chiefs games.
Kelce and Swift have been publicly dating since last fall, and the music superstar watched him take on the Bears at Arrowhead Stadium for the first time in September.
The tight end and Nicole began dating in 2017 and were in an on-and-off relationship for five years.
