A woman allegedly murdered by her son at the popular beachside holiday park house where she lived has been described as a quiet and reserved woman.

The court heard on Tuesday that Mills had allegedly told police he was “scared” of him before he was left with serious injuries.

Ms Mills is understood to have significant mobility issues due to a spinal injury and previously told police she was “scared” of her son. The age reported.

Mills appeared at Tweed Heads Local Court on Tuesday, where documents revealed he allegedly seriously injured Ms Mills last Wednesday.

Police were told that a man, believed to be Mills, had left the property before officers arrived.

Mills was also prohibited from stalking, harassing, intimidating, assaulting or threatening Ms. Mills, or damaging her property.

Mills is further charged with wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm to Mrs Mills and twice breaching a domestic violence order arrested on September 30 and October 2 in Coffs Harbour.

Documents lodged at Tweed Heads Local Court on Tuesday alleged the 30-year-old woman murdered Ms Mills between 5pm and 5.30pm on October 2.

It is understood police issued an arrest warrant for Mills the first time he allegedly breached the domestic violence order apprehended on September 30.

He was remanded in custody and will appear at Coffs Harbor Local Court on December 10.
