Edwina Bartholomew revealed she has been diagnosed with cancer in an emotional on-air admission during Friday’s Sunrise show.
The 41-year-old TV star broke down as she admitted on air: ‘I’ve been diagnosed with cancer.
—Umm… It’s a shock to say and it’s hard to say —she continued, her voice breaking with emotion.
“He’s a really good guy. It’s called chronic myeloid leukemia.
“It can be cured with a daily pill. If I can take care of myself, I’ll be fine.”
The veteran TV star then began to cry before telling the audience: “I thought I could keep it together.”
