‘Thank you @madonna my love! It’s always fun to be invited to the party!’ he wrote.
Earlier this year, Martin revealed during an episode of Lives with Kelly and Mark that his initial meeting with Madonna occurred in 1999 after her performance at the Grammys. Since then, their friendship has endured.
“She gave me a standing ovation,” he recalled, revealing that she went backstage after his performance to meet him.
The two stars then joined forces for Madonna’s second musical collaboration for the song Be Careful.
