The Real Housewives are known for oversharing and the OG franchise, The Real Housewives of Orange County, are clearly the best at it.
Alexis Bellino, 47, held nothing back when talking about her sex life with her boyfriend John Janssen, 60, in the Two T’s in a Podcast Pod with RHOC’s Tamra Judge and Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Teddi Mellencamp.
The hosts asked Alexis what her sex life was like, prompting her to joke, “I told (John) I didn’t know human anatomy could do this.”
“I keep telling her I’m going to have to have vaginal rejuvenation,” she added, saying they have sex four or five times a night.
But she also explained that that doesn’t happen every night, as she is home with her three children most nights, so when she and John spend the night together, they make the most of the time they have.

“So we can’t spend the night together every night unless he wants to come see me,” she said.
‘I will go to his house twice a week and stay there. And then one night a week, we’re really apart.
Bellino shares 16-year-old twins, Miles and Makenna, and 17-year-old son, James, with ex-husband Jim Bellino.
Janssen, meanwhile, has two children from a previous relationship and dated Bellino’s co-star Shannon Beador, 60, for four years, splitting in fall 2022.
Alexis quickly steered the conversation away from her sex life and the state of her vagina when she realized her kids and Janssen’s kids might be listening to the podcast.
Alexis and John began dating in the fall of 2023 and became Instagram official on Christmas Day when he gave her a $16,300 promise ring.
Alexis returns to RHOC for the upcoming season 18 as a friend of the series and her story with Shannon and Janssen is expected to be one of the main dramas of the new season.
She previously starred in seasons five through eight and then returned as a guest during season 14.

Shannon wasn’t thrilled with her ex’s new relationship and told E! December news: ‘I’m not going to lie, they hurt me.’
‘I’ve been feeling really hurt the last few weeks because, first of all, John said he didn’t want to be in the public eye, and right now he’s gotten more into the public eye. So I’m pretty confused about that.’
Season 18 of Real Housewives of Orange County will arrive on Bravo on July 11.
