Have you ever wanted to be the star of an airline commercial?

Now it’s possible thanks to an innovative and pioneering interactive adventure film with artificial intelligence presented by Qatar Airways.

Users can place themselves inside the mini-movie, choosing from set locations including a Qatar Airways flight, London, Doha and Tokyo, and sit back and admire their “performance.”

How? First, the viewer visits en.flyqatar.com The actor or actress selects one of several romantic scenes to appear in and a main character, and uploads a photo of themselves. AI technology then scans it and transforms the actor or actress’s facial features into an image of the viewer.

A few moments later, the new clip will be ready to view, either from the flyqatar.com site or from a link sent by email.

MailOnline Travel tested the feature and found it worked perfectly, and the character fit was impressive.
