In July, DailyMail.com exclusively revealed that Reese had been spotted on a series of dates with Haarmann, whose ex-wife, businesswoman Mala Gaonkar, 54, is now in a relationship with musician David Byrne, 72.
It’s unclear how serious the relationship is. DailyMail.com has reached out to Reese’s rep for comment.
Haarmann is a founding partner of Searchlight Capital Partners, a private equity investment firm.
He was previously a senior partner at global investment firm KKR & Co. He shares two children with Gaonkar.
He earned a BA in history and international relations from Brown University in New York in 1990 and an MBA from Harvard Business School in 1996.

Following Reese’s solemn divorce announcement, the couple decided to go their separate ways “with great care and consideration.”
A source said the couple “worked through” their issues and that getting to the divorce “took a long time.”

“When I was divorced before, the tabloids would tell people how I was feeling or how I was processing the situation, and I felt very out of control,” Reese told the publication.
Reese and Ryan, who starred in the acclaimed 1999 romantic drama Cruel Intentions, split in 2008 after a seven-year marriage; pictured in 1998.
But this time, the Hollywood star feels she can be more “authentic” as she navigates this “vulnerable time” in her life.
“Being able to talk to people directly about what’s going on in my life and just share it in the same way that I share great professional or personal experiences, it feels a lot more authentic to be able to say things in my own voice and not let someone else control what’s going on,” Reese explained.
Despite going through a divorce, a source close to The Last Thing He Told Me producer told People in April that he “does not regret” having left the union and that “he is much better off now.”
