A real estate mogul has been charged with driving under the influence following a four-car crash that left a pregnant woman injured.

Housemark director Jonathan Fraser Bell, 28, was driving his Lamborghini Urus along Kent Street in New Farm, Brisbane, at 7.40pm on Friday.

He allegedly crossed to the opposite side of the road before his luxury SUV collided with a Toyota Corolla.

A Mazda CX-3 and a Toyota Yaris were also damaged and the accident downed surrounding power lines.

Passengers traveling in the other three vehicles suffered several injuries, including cuts to the head, a broken arm and chest, and abdominal pain.

The passengers inside Bell’s SUV managed to crawl out of the wreckage before being rushed to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital.

It is believed that a young woman who was traveling in the Lamborghini met Bell just hours before the accident, the mail reported.

He will appear in the Brisbane Magistrates Court on August 5.

Bell founded Housemark in 2019 and the property management company now manages more than 2000 properties across southeast Queensland.

Its website describes Bell as a motivated and committed director of “the fastest growing property management company in South East Queensland”.

“Jonathan doesn’t do things by halves, holding himself and his team to a very high standard,” it reads.

“It was this focus and work ethic that led him to realize and capitalize on a huge gap in the quality property management market.”

Bell is also the founder of Wingman Group, a consulting firm that provides outsourcing services to companies.

He also teaches a four-week management course and shares his knowledge on how to successfully run a real estate business.

The 28-year-old is understood to pay $1,800 a week to rent a property in Clayfield.

Daily Mail Australia has contacted Housemark for comment.
